Open Business settings → Product legal. You can read current product documents and your recorded acceptance there.

Read a requested update
Read the offered Product Terms and privacy/data-handling document when acknowledgement is required. Check each displayed version before selecting its acknowledgement.

Check the recorded result
Select required acknowledgements and choose Save acknowledgement when offered. Check Acknowledgement history afterwards; ask support about unavailable documents.
