Walkthrough
Step by step
- 01
Enter your signup details
Enter your name, business name and work email, choose a monthly or yearly plan preference, and optionally enter a promotion code. The recorded plan and promotion are checked again before their benefits apply.

Open the verification email
Use the latest single-use verification link within 48 hours. Opening the link shows a confirmation step; choose Verify email address to complete it.

Review and acknowledge both documents
Follow the verified link to review the current Product Terms and Product Privacy and Data Handling Notice. Select both acknowledgements and choose Accept and create account. The account is not created until you complete this step.

Activate your account
Accepting both documents creates the business account but does not sign you in. Complete account activation and sign in. If an eligible 15-day trial was reserved, it starts automatically when activation completes. A discount promotion replaces the trial and is applied at Checkout after activation; access and free-period promotions apply after account creation.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
The link is invalid or expired.
Return to Start signup and request a fresh verification email. Do not forward a verification link.
No email arrives.
Check spam or junk folders, then wait briefly before starting a fresh request. Support cannot confirm whether a particular email is registered.
The resume page cannot continue.
The link may be expired, already used, or based on changed signup documents. Return to Start signup and request a fresh verification link.
