- An active Company Owner account and a code provided for the business.
Access rules
- Only the Company Owner can apply a code to their own business. The code and its benefit are checked against current business and plan eligibility.

Walkthrough
Step by step
- 01
Apply feature or free-plan access
Use the Access code section and choose Apply code. A valid feature code grants its stated temporary access. A free-plan code is available only before the business's first paid subscription and cannot overlap another active plan.

Apply a plan discount
Choose the eligible published monthly plan and enter the discount code in its plan form. Review the final amount in Checkout before paying. The discount applies for its stated number of monthly payments, then the normal plan fee resumes.

Use a code saved during signup
Signup codes are checked again before their benefit applies. A discount replaces the standard trial and is applied at Checkout after activation; access and free-period benefits apply after account creation.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
An access code is unavailable.
Check the code, its dates and the Owner account. A free-plan code cannot overlap an active plan or follow a paid subscription.
A discount code is unavailable.
Confirm the selected plan and billing period match the code and review the message shown by the page. Do not submit payment until Checkout displays the amount you expect.
