Walkthrough

Step by step

  1. 01

    Sign in through the Portal

Use the Customer Portal identity created by a business invitation. It is separate from your Staff sign-in.

  2. 02

    Choose the business account

One identity can have more than one live relationship. Confirm the business and Customer before opening private records.

  3. 03

    Review shared work

Start with the single next-action card: a Quote response, overdue Invoice or scheduled customer-visible Job is prioritised from the current selected relationship. Then open only current published Quotes, explicitly shared Jobs, issued Invoices and customer-safe notifications.

  4. 04

    Respond through the available action

Accept or decline an eligible Quote after confirming its exact published revision, review response evidence, inspect published Job progress, download documents, submit a service request, or request a profile or Service Site change.

  5. 05

Choose device notifications in the mobile app

Open Profile and choose Enable notifications for this device. Approve the device prompt if you want generic lock-screen alerts. The Portal inbox and current account access remain the source of truth when you open an alert.

  6. 06

    Protect the account

Use Account security for password changes and session controls. Never share invitations or recovery links with support.

Troubleshooting

If something does not look right

A shared item is not found.

Return to business selection and confirm the account. Access or publication may have been revoked or replaced.

The customer needs to change contact details.

Submit a profile change request. The business must review it before the Customer record changes.
