Review Branding
Open Appearance → Branding and check the business logo and Site icon. Use approved assets and confirm they are saved.

Prepare public Media
Open Media, select suitable images and enter useful alternative text. Wait for upload progress; private Job and Quote files do not become website images automatically.

Choose Theme and layout
Open Theme and layout and choose from the Design catalogue, colours, fonts and layouts. Choose Save changes, then inspect Preview on phone and desktop.

Publish the reviewed design
Check the release area before confirming Publish design with the required permission. Draft content follows the separate Review and publish workflow.

Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
The action is unavailable.
Read the message on the page. Check your role and plan with the Owner. Reload after an approved access change; do not submit the same change twice.
