Step by step
- 01
Choose the requested scope
Select Field evidence, Job documents and—when separately authorised—Financial evidence. Excluded scope is recorded honestly as not requested.

Create the private ZIP
Nenvik freezes an exact manifest, verifies private source digests and rechecks the Job before making a package available.
- 03
Review omissions
Pending, retired, unavailable, corrupt, changed or limit-exceeding evidence is listed rather than silently ignored.
- 04
Download before expiry
The current user, permissions, plan access and optional financial scope are rechecked before the private no-store download is authorised.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
Private storage is unavailable.
No package is created. Contact support if the private Job evidence service is unavailable.
The package is available with omissions.
Open the exact manifest and review each fixed omission reason. Do not treat a partial package as complete.
A source changed during generation.
Reload the Job, review the new evidence and create a new package. The changed package remains unavailable.
