Walkthrough

Step by step

  1. 01

    Owners

Use the Business Console for company settings, team access, customers, sales, operations, finance, reporting, and Website management.

  2. 02

    Office Staff

Use the Business Console for the modules granted by the business. Finance, team, Website publishing, and management actions may require extra capabilities.

  3. 03

    Field Workers

Start with My Day for current and next assigned work, or My Jobs for today, the next 30 days, unscheduled work, past unfinished assignments and finished history. Past unfinished work has pages of up to 25 in Job number order; use More past unfinished assignments to continue. Search by Job number (including its business prefix), title, customer or site. Counts show assignments loaded in the current view. Draft Jobs stay in staff preparation and never appear as Field Worker work. On phones, the compact timer dock keeps the primary connected-only Work timer reachable.

  4. 04

    Customers

Use the separate Customer Portal invitation and sign-in. Choose the correct business account before opening shared Quotes, Jobs, Invoices, notifications, or profile requests.

Troubleshooting

If something does not look right

A navigation item is missing.

Check the signed-in surface, selected business, role, and module availability. A permission denial and a plan or rollout limitation are different states.

A Portal user opened the wrong business.

Use Choose another business and select the intended live relationship. Never reuse a copied URL from another account as a shortcut.
