- An editable Draft Quote and Quotes enabled.
Access rules
- Quote management access is required to edit. Customers can select only the options and extras in their current published quote.

Walkthrough
Step by step
- 01
Make a line optional
Open the line's ⋯ menu and choose Make optional. The Optional chip marks it. Make required reverses this. Required totals exclude extras.

Offer options
Below the lines, choose Offer options. Your lines become Standard and are copied to Premium. Use the option buttons to edit each title, description and lines. Add option copies the selected option; offer no more than three options and 200 lines overall.

Save and review
Each option needs at least one required line and a title. Use the one Save button, then Preview. The option ⋯ menu can remove the selected option with its lines, or Remove options can keep only the first option's lines after confirmation.

Customer selection
The first option starts selected and extras start unticked. Choose an option and tick any extras; the total and deposit update. Switching options clears extras. The acceptance button and confirmation name your option, extras and exact total. Accept the terms before confirming.

After acceptance
The accepted page and PDF show only the accepted option and extras. Deposits, job budgets and invoice prefill use that selection. Accepted quotes are locked. Before acceptance, the PDF lists every option and labels the first option's total without extras.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
Sending is blocked or saving reports a conflict.
Review the message beside the line items, option titles and required lines. Save before sending. For a conflict, keep your edits and reload to review the latest quote.
