- An editable Draft Quote and photos relevant to its scope.
Access rules
- Quote management access is required to add or edit photos. Picking existing photos also requires access to their enquiry or Job.

Walkthrough
Step by step
- 01
Upload or take a photo
Open Photos and choose Upload photo or Take photo. You can add up to 40 gallery photos and select up to 4 key photos. Captions can contain up to 300 characters.

Reuse an existing photo
Choose From the enquiry or From jobs for this customer, then add an available photo. Only photos permitted by your current access are offered.

Place photos in the document
Choose which photos show in the gallery and mark the key photos. In Items, select a line-item image where useful. Included photos appear on the customer page and in the PDF; Preview the document before publishing. Quote photos are stored privately.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
A photo is not available to pick.
Check the Quote's enquiry or Customer, your access to the source and the gallery limit. Refresh after a conflicting Draft edit.
