Prerequisites and permissions
Have ready
- A signed-in Owner or Office Staff account.
- The exact feature and role capability for the workspace being opened.
Access rules
- Workspace links and actions appear only when access rules, permissions and resource scope allow them.

Walkthrough
Step by step
- 01
Filter before reviewing Expenses
Filter supplier text, status, date range, Job, worker or creator, category and cost classification before review. Filters run on Nenvik; summary cards cover only the displayed records and keep every currency separate.
- 02
Classify and reconcile the Draft
Choose Company, Employee, Subcontractor or Customer supplied. Optional line items must reconcile exactly to gross and tax totals before review; Customer supplied and historical unclassified Job costs remain separate from Company-incurred cost.
- 03
Follow the empty-workspace sequence
When a Tool has no records, use its three setup steps in order. Actions are shown only when the current role may perform them.
- 04
Keep operational boundaries visible
Inventory, Company equipment, Customer property, Expenses and Building Calculators remain separate until an existing explicit service connects them.
- 05
Save one SEO area at a time
Default metadata, page overrides and crawler policy each have their own form and success message. Saving one does not save the others.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
No Expense matches the filters.
Clear or change the current filters. Your business records have not been changed.
A setup action is missing.
Confirm the module is available and the current user has the exact manage permission. View-only users receive guidance without mutation controls.
An SEO change did not affect another card.
That is intentional. Save the exact defaults, overrides or crawler-policy card that owns the intended setting.
