- Owners and Office Staff with quote management access can save, rename and delete templates. Quote viewing access is required to use a template.

Step by step
- 01
Save as template
Save any changes first. Open the quote's More menu, choose Save as template, enter a Template name of up to 80 characters and save. You can copy saved content from any quote status. Each business can keep up to 50 active templates.

Start from a template
Choose Create Quote. When templates exist, Start from offers Blank quote by default and templates with their name, line count and total. Choose your customer or lead and dates separately, then create the draft. Review the copied content, prices and terms before sending.

Use a template on a draft
Save your changes first, then choose More → Use a template. If the draft already has content, confirm Replace the current content? once. The draft reloads with the saved text, lines, options and deposit settings. Customer, lead, site and dates are kept.

Manage templates
Open Settings → Quotes → Templates to rename or delete a template. Deleting removes it from future choices; existing quotes keep their copied content.
Troubleshooting
If something does not look right
Start from or Use a template is missing.
The business may have no active templates. Use a template is shown on Draft quotes only. Template management requires an Owner or Office Staff with quote management access.
Saving or applying is unavailable or reports a conflict.
Finish saving or uploading first. If someone changed the quote, reload and review the latest content before trying again. Delete an unused template if the business has reached 50 active templates.
