Job details and directions
Customer, service site, site contacts, scope, schedule and verified directions travel with the job, so the crew starts with the right information.
Use My Day and complete assigned work →Electronic job sheets
Nenvik is job management software for Australian trade and service businesses. Each job carries the customer, site, scope and schedule, and the crew records checklists, forms, photos, materials and time against it from a phone browser. The office reviews the submitted work, then invoices from the same record.
What the crew records
Assigned workers open the job in My Day on their phone and record the work as they go. Nothing needs re-typing back at the office.

Use My Day and complete assigned work →Add checklist items to a job assignment and mark the ones that must be completed. Required items must be ticked before the crew can submit.
Record field evidence, time, and completion →Build reusable form templates with checkboxes, short and long text, numbers, dates and single-choice fields, with required answers. Apply the right form to each assignment.
Complete assignment forms and submit work →Workers attach Before, Progress, After and Issue photos and can mark up a copy with arrows, boxes and text. Work photos stay private unless you choose to use them.
Record field evidence, time, and completion →Record materials used and Work, Break and Travel time against the assignment. Weekly timesheets can be prepared from recorded time for review.
Review weekly timesheets without rewriting time evidence →The worker submits the assignment with a typed or drawn signature confirming the work and evidence are complete.
Complete assignment forms and submit work →Back at the office
The office reviews submitted checklists, forms, photos, time and signatures, then approves the work or asks for corrections.
Review submitted worker evidence →Prepare the invoice against the connected job so the agreed scope, the recorded work and the bill are easy to trace. Customers can pay by card when Stripe is connected.
Issue an Invoice and record Payment evidence →Share the job in the customer portal so the customer can follow progress, open their invoices and download documents you choose to publish, such as a report you prepared.
Use the Customer Portal →Download a private evidence package for a job, with checklists, forms, materials, time, signatures, photos and documents listed in a manifest. Downloading does not share it with the customer.

Straight answers
It is the digital version of the paper sheet a tradesperson fills in on site: what was done, the checks performed, materials used, time on site and photos. In Nenvik that record lives on the job assignment, so the office sees it as soon as the worker submits.
Yes. Assigned workers use My Day in a phone browser to open the job, complete checklists and forms, add photos, materials and time, and submit the work for review. No separate app download is needed.
Yes. Build reusable form templates with checkboxes, short and long text, numbers, dates and single-choice fields, mark answers as required and apply the template to each job assignment that needs it.
Not as an on-site customer sign-off. The completion signature records the worker’s statement that their work and evidence are complete. Customers can approve quotes and Job Change Orders online in the customer portal.
Completed forms stay internal and are not emailed or published as a PDF. If the customer needs a report, prepare it through your usual process, upload it as a job document and publish it to the job you share in the customer portal.
You can replace them once checklists and forms are set up for your common jobs. Start with one or two job types, then add more as the crew gets used to recording work on the phone.
